Booking Confirmation - the client must confirm booking in writing at least 24 hours before the agreed start date and time of Shoot.

Fees - all fees are to be agreed Prior to the start date and time of Shoot.

Use of Images - the photographer permits unlimited usage of all commissioned images to the client. Ownership and copyright of all commissioned images remain with the photographer unless otherwise specified. The photographer must be credited.

Delivery of Images - the photographer shall deliver final images at a reasonable time after completion of a job. Final images are retained on file for 30 working days after delivery. In the event that the final images need to be re-delivered, the client is liable to pay a reprocessing fee of £50 and £25 per hour retouching as required.

Payment - invoices should be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Client Cancellation - a fee of half the agreed rate will apply for cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed start date and time of job. A fee of £50 will apply if the job is to be rescheduled.
